  1. Hi,
Nice start on the site you have. I’m also looking at getting a gallery setup on a different site (scrollsawportraits.com) I had one setup that worked pretty good but when I moved hosts I decided to start fresh, the last gallery didn’t really theme well with Wordpress, you can see how it was setup on/at bransonareascrollers.com and go to the gallery area there.
When I came to your site to look at the gallery your setting up, I noticed you had a “homebrew” category. I started brewing about a year ago and make a couple of beers quite often, a “robust porter” off of Charlie P’s Silver Dollar Porter and a Pale Ale (APA I guess) although I’ve added rye to it the last 2 times I’ve brewed…

  2. Thanks for the comments…
I ended up using the AWSOM picture gallery. It took awhile for it to click as far as how it worked, but I finally got it going. I had a hiccup with the pictures showing up because I had a # sign in the picture name but once I removed that it all came together.

I love talking to homebrewers about what they are working on. Where did you get your recipes for your beers?? What would compare the CP’s Silver Dollar Porter to??

My brother has this aversion to rye and then he makes this “it’s not beer” face, but when he tried the Rye-PA that I made I didn’t see the face. How did yours turn out with the rye??

  3. gotta see that homebrew rig you got. wondering the best place for used brew gear. ebay gotta have something. is stainless the way to go? what about copper? will do my research…the recipricator, right?

  4. Hey Tob-
Plastic…. Plastic buckets is the best and cheapest way to go. Two six gallon brand new Ale Pales with lids and One of them needs a hole in the side bottom for a spigot. If you have any homebrew supply stores in your area they can set you up. Ebay does sell starter kits for a reasonable price.
The biggest and most important thing is SANITIZE…SANITIZE AND MORE SANITIZE!!!
